Special purpose vehicles
Some opportunities are best held in a dedicated structure. The Group has two special purpose vehicles: Ilé Mókirá, a boutique residence in Lagos established in 2023 that runs as a standalone, self-sustaining business, and BHQ Incubator LABS, established in 2024 by BukiHQ Media and Edge Solutions Company, which partners with African creative talent across music, film, fashion, media and culture through retainer and revenue-sharing models.
